Fantastic! Our guide, Rebecca, was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and kept the Ghost Walk entertaining and informative. We all enjoyed it!

The website was easy to access. I did not realize there was no Instagram page. I added my photos from the night on my Instagram page so my followers and friends can book a tour as well. Tickets were reasonable. The tour was great, I have been on tours throughout the world, and this is in the top 5 of tours I have been on.
[Our Instagram focuses on historic Oakville. Uploading of photos was added to our review form.]
The group size was perfect for the group, enjoyed that a lot of the people along the route joined in on the haunts.
The drinks were great, the cookies were great I brought mine home for my mom and she really enjoyed the ghost and the ginger snap.
The tour covers an easy-to-walk area, my only suggestion is making audio tours available for something like $5 per tour that can be on an app. This way people can drive to locations all over Oakville and experience haunts as in the books that are sold by the society.
[Diverse free self-guided tours are available. The Walker’s Guide to Old Oakville (2019) is $5.]
Also, the ghostbooks should be front and center so people can purchase them as part of their tour. I think with the tours you can make more income by having the books set up right before we went in the room where the train collage was and a lot of people would purchase them. it's only a suggestion.
[Your suggestion is appreciated. We have wonderful volunteers on hosting duty. There was a consensus that selling books on Ghost Walks Nights might be too much to ask with everything they do. Maybe you could volunteer to help us next year?]
But as I was saying audio tours and also a video tour for people that cannot make it out ie; my mom who is disabled would be able to join online and be part of a ghost walk, I mention this because I had seen this summer at the Royal Canadian Mint they offered guided tours online.
